Solar Gard® Limited Automotive Warranty Transfer
Eligibility to Transfer Applicable Automotive Warranty: If the original automobile owner is covered by a Limited Automotive Warranty – Limited Transferable Automotive Warranty Plus (“Warranty”) on his/her purchase of Solar Gard window film (the “Product”), this Warranty may be transferred to you as the first subsequent owner of the automobile (“you”) if you qualify. To be eligible to transfer the Warranty:
- You must be the first subsequent owner of the automobile containing the Product covered by the Warranty;
- The Warranty must still be in effect;
- This transfer must have occurred within five (5) years of the original installation date of the Product; and
- You must follow the transfer process set forth in the “How to Transfer the Warranty” section below.
If the above is true, the Warranty may be transferred to you by following the transfer process set forth in the document.
