NOTE: Checks must be received at least two weeks prior to event date.
Lodging & Travel:
Accommodations, airfare, lodging, and car rental are not included in the enrollment fee. Upon confirmation of payment, we will forward a list of suggested hotels with a 3 mile radius of the facility with prices ranging from $99 to $199. Tampa International & Clearwater International Airports are the closest. Each has a variety of car rental companies to choose from.
Cancellation:
If you cannot attend the event you may send a substitute or cancel within 10 days of the event for a full refund. If cancellation occurs 9 days or less before event, a 20% cancellation fee will be withheld from your refunded amount.
